Curious about Qi Gong?
This introductory workshop is the perfect opportunity to experience this ancient Chinese practice in a welcoming and supportive environment.
You’ll learn the basic principles of Qi Gong, explore gentle flowing movements, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices designed to balance, harmonize, and strengthen the mind and body, reduce stress, and increase energy (“Qi”).
No previous experience is necessary—this workshop is suitable for all ages and fitness level.
