A Vinyasa practice will begin with a centering focus on pranayama (control of the breath), then will warm up the body with a flow through various asanas (postures), remaining mindful of the connection between breath and movement.
A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Asanas are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment. Recommended for all levels looking for soothing, relaxing and restorative experience.

This class begins with an all levels moving fluid asana practice (Vinyasa) to increase flexibility, warm & strengthen the muscles and bring presence to the mat. Once achieved the class moves into a balanced experience of supported stretching (Yin) that will lengthen the muscles to support release of toxins and STRESS.
This slow paced class is mostly done on the floor with postures held for 3 minutes or more to facilitate a deeper flexibility and to lengthen and stretch the softer tissues. The longer holds create a calm within the nervous system allowing for the release of stress and anxiety.
A Restorative yoga sequence will allow your body to feel property aligned, giving you more space for the breath to flow in a safe and peaceful environment. The use of props and the support of the earth allows you to let go on a much deeper level - a mind, body release that encourages healing from holding the poses for longer periods of time.
This low-impact class focuses on traditional mat pilates exercises in order to build abdominal strength, proper postural alignment, flexibility, as well as overall strength and mental well-being. Resistance bands and exercise balls are used to create an exciting, dynamic workout that trains all major muscle groups. All exercises can be modified to meet individual needs and fitness levels. Pilates is safe for all age groups: even children, seniors and pregnant women!
Chair yoga is a gentle practice perfect for students who need the support of a chair to practice traditional yoga. A sturdy chair is used as a prop and the yoga poses are modified to help each student maximize their practice. Chair yoga is a great way to enjoy all the benefits of a regular yoga class: deep stretch, relaxation, reduced stress, improved flexibility and strength. Chair yoga offers overall better breathing habits, health and quality of life!
