Melenie is a Hatha and Yin yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. Meditation, mindfulness, and breath awareness is an important part of her personal practice and she brings that to each class. Her classes allow plenty of time to settle into the poses and she offers modifications to suit every student. Melenie has a keen interest in energetic healing through Reiki, chakra balancing and the ancient Chinese five elements; which she integrates into each class offering. Yoga has healed, and continues to enrich her life every day, and she feels blessed to share the practice with others.
Jill Erin Cooperman is a devoted wife and mother of three. After narrowly escaping an abusive marriage with a young child, she adopted a Warrior Goddess persona. Many years of a love-hate (mostly hate) relationship with yoga went by before she settled into her practice and found her purpose. Using yoga as a way to heal her own heart while building up others, she enjoys teaching in the studio setting, while also working tirelessly on Karma Yoga projects with To Breathe Deep and Connection Coalition. Jill is a big believer that yoga flows from the heart, and her classes reflect her zest for life and sense of humor. She prides herself on her wisdom while allowing her zany imagination to take the wheel whenever possible.

Amy came to yoga later in life when, at the time a self-confessed 'gym rat', found herself in physical therapy due to a lack of stretching. It was on her PT’s recommendation that she try yoga. She'd also struggled at that point for years with severe anxiety and panic attacks. The more she practiced the more centered, peaceful, and content she felt and the anxiety and panic attacks all but completely disappeared. She began to feel it was her calling to teach; hoping to help others to find the peace and physical well being this beautiful thing called yoga has brought her. Amy teaches all ages, all levels of physical abilities; believing if one can breathe one can 'do' yoga. She is E-RYT200hr, Child, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy for Children with Autism and Special Needs, and Reiki Level 3 certified; Yoga Alliance Registered.

Natalie Coon started her yoga journey in a completely different line of work. Fresh out of college, she moved to Los Angeles, CA from Boca Raton, FL and spent a good five years of her life working in the animation industry. Countless hours hunched over a computer and in sedentary positions took a toll on her physical and mental health. She found an outlet through the physical poses of yoga while starting her practice at a Bikram yoga studio.
That led her to working at Bikram Yoga College of India for a year. After three years of consistent yoga practice, she came across CorePower Yoga and shortly signed up for a 200 hour Power Yoga Teacher Training.
Natalie realized the fast pace and general approach to fitness and yoga was not a one-size fits all solution and she has been developing her teaching style to the individuals and their needs.
With a Reiki level 1 certification, she has been developing a deeper understanding of healing and energy work within the classroom; uniting the outer world with the inner world.
Corinne Shafie was born and raised in Paris, France. From a very young age, she developed a craving for adventure and a passion for traveling, which brought her to South Florida when she was 19.
In 2001, Corinne was introduced to Bikram yoga and her yoga practice became a moving meditation, a way of “letting go”.
As her passion for yoga deepened, Corinne continued to delve into various yoga styles, such as Ansuara, Raja, Yin and Kundalini, which she practiced during her two pregnancies.
Inspired by her yoga instructors and spiritual guides, Corinne made the decision to become a teacher herself.
In 2016, she became a certified 200 RYT and has been since sharing her passion for yoga.
Corinne offers a variety of slow paced classes - focusing on moving with breathe, alignment and healing, and using modifications in order to accommodate all practitioners.
