OUR UNIQUE ADVANCED YOGA TRAINING WAS CREATED FOR STUDENTS WHO WANT TO DELVE DEEPER INTO THE PRACTICE OF YOGA WITHOUT THE DESIRE TO TEACH.
Our unique Advanced Yoga Training was created for dedicated students who want to delve deeper into the practice of yoga without the desire to teach others. This four month course is designed for the students who have been actively practicing the physical asana and want more theory and philosophy behind the lifestyle of yoga. Advanced Yoga Training offers an absolute balance of both.
Upon completion of Advanced Yoga Training you will:
Develop a deeper knowledge of the seven chakras or energy centers
Understand the science behind yoga known as Ayurveda
Discover your dosha and practical application to daily living
Improve your alignment through the dissection and adjustment of key poses
Explore advanced asana and elevate your practice
Learn additional pranayama breathing techniques
Determine the correct mudra, mantra and meditation for your practice
Walk away with a unique yoga sequence that incorporates your advanced training and take your practice to the next level
This Advanced Yoga Training will also be available remotely via Zoom.

ADVANCED YOGA TRAININGS
ADVANCED YOGA TRAINING
Our unique Advanced Yoga Training was created for students who want to delve deeper into the practice of yoga without the desire to teach.
This four-month course starts on September 12th, 2020 and ends December 6th, 2020.
Each weekend you will take part in two yoga classes, receive personalized pose break-down and adjustments, explore the traditions, lifestyle and philosophy that make yoga a wonderfully rich, holistic practice.
The material we cover includes: the 7 major chakras, pranayama or breath practice, the history of modern yoga, Ayurveda, mudras, mantras and meditation.
Upon completion of the course, you will leave with a complete home practice unique to you.
Small group trainings build community and long-lasting friendships.
