In this mountain retreat we will be focusing on the sacral chakra, which is all about creativity, emotion, self-expression and nurturing the inner child.
In your free time you can cozy up by the stone fireplace and read a book, soak in the hot tub after a fulfilling day, or sit around the fire pit, watching the stars.

This year we will explore a magical town called Breckenridge.
Breckenridge is one of the first stops to soak in the vibrant colors of the leaf-peeping tour, has great places to hike and a gorgeous and vibrant downtown filled with lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment. Winter can come early though since this mountain town rests at 9600 ft in elevation. Will it be fall or will it be winter? It will likely be somewhere in between
- a transitional time, where the magic awaits!
In this mountain retreat, we will be focusing on the sacral chakra which is all about creativity, emotion, self-expression and nurturing the inner child. Activities related to this will be artistic expression, hiking, nature meditation and integrating crystals throughout.
We’ll also be visiting a historic local gold mine.
Daily yoga will rejuvenate in the mornings and sound healing
will relax the mind and body in the evenings.
