Upon conclusion of the Master Student Program (MSP 108), you will receive a certificate for completing the 108 hours, walk away with a stronger practice and deeper sense of self, form lifelong bonds with fellow students and enrich the yoga community as a whole.

MODULE ONE
Living Your Yoga
A deeper look into the practice and philosophy of yoga
This module sets the tone as we explore the history and 8 limbs of yoga. Together we practice asana (poses), learn how to create a sacred yoga and meditation space, and establish an individualized daily ritual that will set you on the road to growth and self-discovery.
MODULE TWO
Designing Your Yoga Journey
Yoga is a personal journey - explore your ideal yoga path.
The 6 branches of yoga each take a different approach to a yogic lifestyle. By understanding the branches, you are able to craft the practice that you were born to do and begin to build your own road map to personal transformation. We take a deep dive into the variety of yoga types to identify which branch and style is optimal for you.
MODULE THREE
Breathing Life into Your Practice
The breath is our only constant in this life.
Everything around you will change, but your breath will be your constant companion. When you master your breath, you master the self. In this module we explore the ancient practice of Pranayama (Breath Practice) and learn about the science behind the breath.
MODULE FOUR
Exploring Your Energetic Body
Our mental, emotional and energetic experiences affect our physical body.
In this module we learn about the chakras and koshas to understand how you can affect physical change.
We explore the 7 main yogic chakras and the 5 koshas, or sheaths, that make up your energetic body.
MODULE FIVE
Golden Rules of Yoga
Yamas and Niyamas
Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years. There are a set of rules as well as an element of play. In this module we explore both.
MODULE SIX
Asana Lab
Strike a pose
We take the pulse of your personal practice and assess your growth. There is no perfect way to do any pose, but there is the best way to do it for your body. Learn how to use props and hands on assistance to find your best expression of each pose.
MODULE SEVEN
Meditation Marathon
Dive deep into the practice of meditation.
Learn how to begin and maintain a regular meditation practice. We do this by using props to create a comfortable space conducive to calmness and practice different types of meditation.
MODULE EIGHT
Face Your Fears, Flip Your Asana
“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” - Wayne Dyer
We acknowledge our fears and change our perspective. This weekend we address how to safely approach inversions and backbends as well as learn healthy counter poses.
MODULE NINE
Progression, Not Perfection
Now it’s your turn, what is your vision?
As we come to the end of our 108 hour Master Student Program, we are reminded that yoga is a life’s journey. There is no ideal end place, only constant progress both internally and externally. We set our intentions and create a vision for our journey forward.
